There is something for everyone in and around Eastbourne, from sport to relaxation, you're bound to find something for you.
Eastbourne is a great destination whether you're visiting on business or pleasure. We have an unspoilt elegant 3 mile promenade running directly opposite the hotel, walk one way and you'll reach Holywell with its quaint tea chalet at the foot of Beachy Head and the other way takes you up to the pier and top of Terminus Road where you'll find bars and restaurants. If you're up for a bigger walk carry on upto the Sovereign Harbour where you'll find shops and restaurants and the cineworld. The town centre is just a leisurely stroll away and boasts a selection of high street stores with all the big names within the Arndale Centre.
You will be sure to find plenty to do and if you like golf Willingdon Golf Club and Eastbourne Downs Golf Club is just a short drive from the hotel so don't forget your golf clubs! If you like watersports then Spray Watersports Centre is only a short distance away and if you're into tenpin bowling then Lloyd Lanes is close by too.
For young families, there are a number of places to explore such as Drusilla’s Animal Park, Herstmoneux Castle, Shine Water Park, Seven Sisters Country Park and South Downs National Park. The Sovereign Centre leisure centre is just 10 minutes up the road as is Treasure Island which whether the weather if fine or wet are great places to keep the little ones entertained. Other attractions include museums, pleasure boat trips and historic houses such as Chaleston and Firle House.
Brighton is only a 40 minute journey by car or 30 minutes by train and it is a hive of activity for all ages to enjoy.
